In the category of documentaries on Hassani Saharawi Culture, History and Space, the Commission examined 27 projects, candidates for an advance payment of income before production, specifies the CCM.
At the end of its deliberations, the Commission decided to grant, in the category of fiction films, an advance on receipts (before production) in the amount of four million five hundred thousand dirhams (4,500,000 DH) to the feature film project “The Heir of Secrets” presented by the company “Awman productions”, to be directed by Mohamed Nadif, from a screenplay by Mohamed Nadif and Olivier Coussemacq.
The Commission also decided to grant an advance on receipts (before production) of four million dirhams (4,000,000 DH) to the feature film project “La guerre des six mois” submitted by the company “Heracles Productions” to be directed by Jilali Ferhati, based on her own screenplay.
An amount of three million five hundred thousand dirhams (3,500,000 DH) was awarded to the feature film project “Le lac bleu” presented by the company “Les films du sud”, to be directed by Daoud Aoulad-Syad, from a screenplay by Daoud Aoulad-Syad, Adelmjid Seddati and El Houssain Chani.
Three million dirhams (3,000,000 DH) are awarded to the feature film project “Africa Blanca” presented by the company “Saissmedit” to be directed by Moulay Larbi Alaoui Lamharzi, according to his own script, in addition to two hundred thousand dirhams (200,000 DH) to the short film project “Chikhates” presented by the company “Ciné-scène International”, which will be directed by Ayoub Layoussifi, based on a script by Ayoub Layoussifi and Yamina Zarou.
In addition, a contribution to the rewriting of the scenario worth fifty thousand dirhams (50,000 DH) is awarded to the feature film project “Right by the Sea” presented by the company “Sigma Technologies”, which will be directed by Rachid Hamman from his own script, and an amount of fifty thousand dirhams (50,000 DH) for the feature film project “Radia”, presented by the company “Yaz’Image” to be directed by Khaoula Assebab according to his own script.
A script writing contribution in the amount of one hundred thousand dirhams (100,000 DH) is awarded for the feature film project, “Bella”, presented by the company “Tamawayt Productions” to be directed by Mohsine Besri according to his own scenario.
With regard to documentaries on Culture, History and the Saharawi Hassani Space, an advance payment is granted on receipts before production in the amount of nine hundred and fifty thousand dirhams (950,000 DH) to the documentary project, “Nisaa Al Haseer”, presented by the company “Atlantis Films” to be directed by Moulay Khalid El Boumeshouli, from a script by Aomar Mayara.
An advance on receipts (before production) of eight hundred and fifty thousand dirhams (850,000 DH) is granted to the documentary project “Khaymat Rag”, presented by the company “City Art Production Sud” to be directed by Sidi Mohamed Fadel El Joumani, based on his own script.
The commission also decided to award eight hundred and twenty thousand dirhams (820,000 DH) to the documentary project “Le voyage”, presented by the company “Si Films” and to be directed by Said Zeribiaa, based on a script by Saadani Dadda.
An amount of seven hundred and fifty thousand dirhams (750,000 DH) is awarded to the documentary project “La Coshta”, presented by the company Babylon Entertainment and to be directed by Dounia Niouf, according to her own script.
The same amount is awarded to the documentary project entitled “Le Desir Cach” presented by the company “Kiarostime Production” to be directed by Fouad Azmi from a script by Essalouki Hamoudi and El Ghalia Yarra.
Along the same lines, an amount of seven hundred thousand dirhams (700,000 DH) is awarded to the documentary project, “Houna Sawt Alwahda”, presented by the company “Yaneta” to be directed by Rachid Kasmi from his own script.
As for the contribution to the writing of the script, the CCM indicates that an amount of forty thousand dirhams (40,000 DH) will be awarded to the documentary project “Le Sage Babi”, presented by the company “Chahd Pro”. by Allal El Alaoui, from a screenplay by Mohamed Fadel El Fairasse.
An amount of forty thousand dirhams (40,000 DH) is awarded to the documentary project “khwalef lemjad”, presented by the company “Zarmedia” to be directed by Younes Bouhmala from a script by Otmane Sailoum.
